Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner seeking a new and exciting opportunity? We're looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery in West London.

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a variety of shifts between 7:30am-6pm.
• Salary: £26,174 - £35,795 dependent on experience.

• Established our Northwood branch in July 2019 and expanded twice since then.
• Eastcote is our second branch.
• We offer in-house training and support for further courses to enhance staff knowledge.

A Typical Day Includes:

• Planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to each key childs development.
• Observing, tracking, and reflecting on childrens learning.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with parents/carers.
• Ensuring child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Keeping updated with legislation related to early education and ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Sharing creative ideas and involving the team in classroom decision-making.
• Forming professional and friendly relationships with parents and secure bonds with the children.
  
  
  

What We Ask From You:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Preferably previous experience in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of the current EYFS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion, motivation, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Adaptability to a fun and inspiring working environment.
• Good ICT skills.
• A current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate.
