An exciting new position (12 month FTC) within the direct-to-consumer business planning team for EMEA. As our business is undergoing a global ERP & planning system transformation, we are looking for a data-driven, technical expert to be our team’s key link and support to these initiatives, whilst also supporting our channel planning with ad-hoc reporting queries, projects and roll ups across DTC business channels.

Please note this is a hybrid role spending at least 2 days a week in our Watford office.

  • Become the go-to expert for systems transition, new processes, BI queries & data integrity within the team
  • Partner across the business planning team and cross functionally to build relationships, align on requirements, highlight opportunities & challenges with systems transitions
  • Feedback requirements, findings, being vocal about EMEA’s needs to ensure a seamless transition
  • Represent our department in meetings (deputizing for lead where required)
  • Robust testing of new systems, metrics, processes ensuring usability & accuracy for planning digital and physical business channels
  • Continuously update the business planning team during migration to new systems, creating SOPs and running training sessions
  • Support channel leads & planning managers with ad-hoc analysis, monthly forecast & annual budget process and provide additional coverage on regular daily & weekly performance reporting where required
  • Identify and feedback process opportunities for greater synergy & integration across business planning channels

  • 3-5 full strategic cycles in retail merchandising, data or financial role (role equivalent to junior manager level with no direct reports)
  • Passionate about systems, technical processes & data integrity
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative
  • Keenness to learn, problem solve and adapt to new tools & models
  • Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills to process & interpret data
  • Thorough understanding & application of retail maths & KPIs
