Drivers Required!

Now Offering a fantastic joining bonus of up to £750 for Uttlesford Licenced Drivers and £250 for unlicenced drivers

As a driver for our company, you'll play a crucial role in providing safe and reliable transportation for children and adults with special needs (SEN) or other vulnerabilities. Your primary duties will include transporting passengers to and from schools, colleges, and day care centres. We value flexibility, safety, and a positive attitude, and we aim to create a supportive and professional environment for both our passengers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers or parents, and staff at the destinations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always roadworthy, clean, and tidy.
  • Be available for both morning and afternoon school runs on all school days.


Driver Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Drive a range of company vehicles, including cars, 8-seat minibuses, and larger wheelchair-accessible vehicles (all of which can be driven with a standard car license). While prior experience is helpful, it is not required.
  • Keep the vehicle secure and store it in a safe and convenient location when not in use.
  • Pass an enhanced criminal record (DBS) check, as this role involves working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
  • Meet Group 2 medical standards to comply with licensing requirements.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
