As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing a suite of critical applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all non-discretionary activities including Incident & Problem Management, Minor Change Requests, Knowledge Articles, Automation, and Continuous Service Improvement.
  • Collaborate with offshore leads and teams to share insights, validate deliveries, and support incident resolution.
  • Lead technology refinement sessions, resolve technical blockers, and guide design decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs as outlined in the service contract.
  • Provide technical architecture for Documentum-based solutions and new requirements.
  • Participate in roadmap meetings, assess feasibility, and propose technical improvements.
  • Identify and implement process, technology, and application enhancements across portfolios.
  • Recommend upgrades and migrations aligned with technology support and improvement goals.
  • Liaise with Major Incident Managers during Severity 1 and 2 incidents, including war room participation.
  • Facilitate meetings between customer and offshore teams as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Deep expertise in Documentum products: xCP, Content Server, IJMS, CTS, xPlore, BPS, OTDS, Webtop, DA, D2, DFC
  • Strong programming and integration skills: Java, JUNIT, REST services, DQL, SQL, GWT
  • Proficiency in XML, XSD, xDB, XSL
  • Operating systems: Linux and Windows
  • Web and directory services: Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, Apache DS
  • DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Bitbucket, Octopus
