Purpose of the role:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring efficient and timely coordination of engineers/Partners. This role involves managing dispatch staff, optimising dispatch procedures, and maintaining effective communication with Engineers clients, and other stakeholders.

Purpose of the role:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring efficient and timely coordination of engineers/Partners. This role involves managing dispatch staff, optimising dispatch procedures, and maintaining effective communication with Engineers clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the dispatch team, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure high levels of productivity and morale,
- Oversee the dispatching of Engineers/Partners , ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and client requirements,
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between dispatchers, Engineers clients, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and address any issues promptly,
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency,
- Address and resolve operational challenges, including emergencies, delays, by coordinating with relevant personnel and deploying appropriate resources,
- Ensure accurate documentation of dispatch activities, quality assurance, and other relevant information for reporting and compliance purposes,
- Provide training and development opportunities for dispatch employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology,
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements,
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
