Why This Role is Exciting
Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Director plays a crucial role as we continue to expand our operations in EMEA. This role will be instrumental in leading our implementation book of business and serving as the primary point of contact for all Professional Services needs regionally.
The role requires a strategic partner, working closely with our global teams and network of implementation partners to onboard our customer teams onto the AuditBoard Connected Risk platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful relationships with key customers and position AuditBoard as a long-term partner.
- Build and lead the Professional Services team in the UK, developing and executing strategies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, both within AuditBoard and through regional relationships with delivery partners.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by ensuring cross-functional collaboration that provides a stellar customer experience
- Oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions across a diverse client base.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope/budget while achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all professional services-related inquiries in the UK, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and resolve any issues swiftly by partnering with teams throughout AuditBoard, including sales, product, engineering, and support.
- Manage efficient design and delivery of deployment methodologies
- Utilize knowledge of regional nuances to adjust professional services strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and company growth objectives.
- Own KPIs for the EMEA book of business in Professional Services, including team utilization, delivery margin, and customer satisfaction, enabling predictable operations and accurate forecasting.
- Minimum of 5 years in Professional Services leadership roles
- Experience delivering software solutions for enterprise customers
- Demonstrated track record of growing a business, developing a strong strategy, hitting delivery milestones, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals
- Cross-functional collaborator who builds strong working relationships
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading complex implementation projects to success.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with the UK market and its regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated financial ownership of SaaS professional services outcomes
