As Director of Practice & Clinical Services, you’ll play a key role in leading our friendly, talented team, overseeing clinical standards, contributing to the practice’s growth, and fostering a supportive and positive work culture. You’ll also retain hands-on clinical time, striking a balance between leadership and doing what you love.

What you’ll bring?

  • MRCVS-qualified with strong clinical experience
  • Proven leadership skills or ambition to lead a team
  • Confident in managing clinical standards and protocols
  • Solid understanding of practice operations and finances
  • Excellent communication and team development abilities
  • Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Committed to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
