As a Director Of Partner Success & Delivery at Workiva, you’ll lead partner enablement and delivery across the solutions portfolio in EMEA. Reporting to the Director of Partner Experience, you’ll manage Partner Practice Directors who oversee strategic partner portfolios. The role focuses on helping partners achieve self-sufficient delivery, scalability, and quality, while driving partner maturity and growth.

What You’ll Do

This role directly leads our partner enablement and delivery practices across EMEA accountable for the following outcomes:

  • Develop strategic partner enablement training and plans to support partner growth, solution density, and quality, preparing them for pipeline delivery
  • Engage with executive-level partners and internal peers to advance partner maturity and capability, aiming for self-sufficient, scalable execution
  • Demonstrate team success aligned with Partner Experience Team goals and KPIs to key stakeholders
  • Drive the growth of strategic initiatives and roadmaps for Partner “Pod” structures, supporting partners’ journey to excellence
  • Resolve escalations, collaborate with partner delivery teams to address implementation issues, and implement continuous improvement processes
  • Provide technical expertise to operational leaders on issues impacting functional objectives
  • Collaborate with directors and senior leaders across multiple functions


What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years related career experience - partner management, technology partnerships or similar
  • Minimum 3 years direct people management experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge and career experience
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators at a strategic practice level to build world class delivery center capability
  • Experience in Partner Enablement and working with partners from across all levels in a partner delivery organisation


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of engagement management and where necessary, supporting Practice Directors with escalation support
  • Developing and implementing enablement plans to create centers of excellence for partners, guiding them toward self-sufficiency across a portfolio of solutions
  • Managing partner relationships at all levels to align with the shared vision and agree on capability needs and growth opportunities
  • Leading a partner delivery & enablement function and working with partner practice directors to drive quality, success, and scale within defined partner portfolios
  • Collaborating closely with sales organizations to transition opportunities from customers and partners into relevant practices, recommending the right type of engagement based on partner maturity or scale
  • Strategizing on cross-functional integration to foster innovation and achieve both short- and long-term objectives
  • Being recognized internally as a strategic innovator and expert in the field
  • Using data, trends, and analysis to guide performance strategy and partner development


Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • 20% travel for customer and internal meetings
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and attending a Workiva office if/when required
