We’re looking for a Director of Corporate Health Partnerships to join our Corporate Sales team based in London with some travel required. HCA healthcare UK corporate sales team manage over 1,000 corporate clients delivering screening, occupational health, psychological and primary care services, helping clients integrate access to our unmatched system of healthcare.

As our Director of Corporate Health Partnerships, you’ll manage and develop 3rd party strategy and partnerships that enhance the value that HCA healthcare UK delivers to corporate clients, by meeting needs that are outside of HCA healthcare UK core capabilities. In addition to vendor management and partnership responsibilities you will represent HCA in a client facing role to consult on broader preventative health management solutions and drive a developmental roadmap with partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct, develop and deliver the HCA healthcare UK strategy for corporate health partnerships, focussed on supporting core services as well as complimentary services that add tangible value to HCA in the B2B and B2B2C markets
  • Evaluate and engage with internal stakeholders regarding 3rd party solutions and recommend, where appropriate, engagement and adoption supported by investment case. Consult and support dialogue with all external stakeholders (i.e. clients & intermediaries) regarding HCA’s proposition that extends beyond core services. Where appropriate, own specific client relationships. Principally those with significant non-core services, but extending into core when appropriate
  • Lead and manage existing 3rd party relationships in order to optimise the value for HCA and Corporate clients. This will include articulating the value gained across direct and indirect patient activity
  • Direct ongoing market insights and reporting into HCA stakeholders’ groups the forthcoming trends and requirements from clients. This will include horizon scanning future trends into upcoming services and provider development
  • Direct the vendor requirements as appropriate to relationships, from Introducer agreements through to full sub-contractors. To adhere to HCA policy regarding legal and regulatory requirements
  • Where IT integration is required, to complete full due diligence and ensure Cyber Security guidance is adhered to (including ISO 27001). To also ensure that any tech propositions have received appropriate clearance from HCA (US) Cyber Security protocols

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrative career experience within a healthcare insurer or large health and wellbeing provider undertaking a similar senior leadership role. To include selling and consulting with corporate clients and an extensive understanding of the corporate healthcare market
  • Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject area
  • An exceptional communicator with a proven track record of developing, managing, executing and influencing stakeholders in a corporate environment up to executive level.
  • Able to develop and lead on strategic development, aligning customer needs to organisational goals. Offering strategic thinking and experience in project management and delivery.
  • Good data analysis and reporting skills
