The Opportunity
As the Biosimilars Global Program Leader (Director), you will play a pivotal role in the development of biosimilars, in an alliance partner business model. This position involves leading the global development of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with Teva Biosimilars' strategy and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
This role can be based in Poland (Warsaw), Netherlands (Haarlem), Croatia (Zagreb) or United Kingdom.

The Opportunity
As the Biosimilars Global Program Leader (Director), you will play a pivotal role in the development of biosimilars, in an alliance partner business model. This position involves leading the global development of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with Teva Biosimilars' strategy and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership- You will have overall responsibility for leading the global Program Team responsible for the development of your programs. You will be representing the best interests of the program and as such, will be the main point of contact within the business.
- Program Reporting- You will ensure adequate and continuous senior management appraisal of program developments , as well as maintaining high-quality risk management plan to manage and escalate to the relevant governance bodies as necessary.
- Alliance Partnerships- You will be the primary development representative of Teva in partnerships, having global strategic oversight on the entire development process until launch. This includes aligning with partners and leading joint cross-functional program teams.
- Due Diligence- You will lead due diligence efforts for new biosimilar opportunities, engaging with relevant organisational stakeholders and leveraging your extensive expertise to evaluate development prospects.
This role can be based in Poland (Warsaw), Netherlands (Haarlem), Croatia (Zagreb) or United Kingdom.

- Clear and Concise- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organisation (team members, peers, all the way to executive management)
- Conflict Resolution- Skilled in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts diplomatically to maintain a positive working relationship.
- Influential Presentations- Capable of delivering influential presentations that align partners with the program's vision and goals.
- Enterprise Mindset- Adopt an enterprise mindset to navigate the complexities of a balanced matrix environment.
- Embrace change- Tackle complex challenges with enthusiasm and a high work ethic, cultivating a positive and adaptable mindset, finding innovative solutions to drive program success.
- Educational Background- At least a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (MD, MBA, Pharm D, PhD preferred).
- Industry Experience- Minimum of 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 10 years in biosimilar development.
- Program Leadership- At least 5 years as a global program leader in biosimilars.
