Job Description: The Digital Media Traffic Lead is in charge of managing digital media projects from conception to completion. This involves planning, delegating, tracking, reviewing, and delivering results. The Traffic Lead needs to ensure the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of both business partners and the Digital Media team is applied, with the key objective of ensuring all necessary project deliverables are completed and handed over on time and on budget. Additionally, the Traffic Lead must ensure the project aligns with the business goals and original request of the business partner.

Job Description: The Digital Media Traffic Lead is in charge of managing digital media projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial review of the campaign request and ensure all elements are provided.
- Create the main project template in Asana and assign campaign execution tasks to Media SMEs based on the requirements.
- Manage campaign setup, budget entries, and Campaign Request Form (CRF) updates in QuickBase.
- Serve as the main contact for CRF and budget process queries.
- Handle campaign and budget continuations, adhering to budget and campaign deadlines.
- Project manage Tier 1 media plans, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Track project status, timelines, and budget execution, and provide support to the SMEs to ensure the project progresses as planned.
- Collaborate with the digital media team to provide budget updates and create monthly reports on project status.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media or project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, QuickBase).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
