• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for social media and other digital channels.
• Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities for our platform and implement them.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the job portal/online recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Thorough understanding of various digital marketing channels and their best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
