If you’re driven to refine, optimize, and build streamlined systems, this role could be for you!

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Funnel Builder with a passion for analytics, conversion rate optimization, and systematizing workflows. You will build and manage our digital funnels using GoHighLevel, ScoreApp, HubSpot, and various other tech platforms like Zapier, while playing a critical role in ensuring a smooth and effective user journey from initial engagement to conversion. Your primary projects will be building the systems and funnels for our Business Development for Practitioners Unit, our personal development products, Kajabi, Shopify, and Amazon integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GoHighLevel’s functionalities and a proven track record of handling the technical backend tasks with minimal oversight.

  • Test, analyze, and improve funnel performance with a data-driven approach, applying best practices in CRO to boost efficiency and outcomes.

Systemizing Workflows

  • Develop workflows to ensure smooth, automated transitions across stages of the funnel, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure integrations and automations function flawlessly and are optimized for scalability.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Regularly monitor key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into funnel performance, sharing actionable insights with the team.

Collaboration and Team Alignment

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align funnel strategies with broader business goals.
  • Share recommendations based on performance data to enhance campaigns, improve messaging, and optimize for growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on funnel building, analytics, and CRO.
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel, ScoreApp, and HubSpot, with a proven ability to create and manage high-conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion rate optimization, data-driven decision-making, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about creating smooth, efficient workflows and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a high-performance team.

Desired Outcomes

  • High-Performance Funnels: Develop and maintain digital funnels that consistently meet or exceed conversion goals.
  • Optimized User Experience: Create streamlined workflows that enhance the user journey, minimize friction, and maximize engagement.
  • Actionable Insights: Deliver data-backed recommendations to inform marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Why Join RTT?

  • Be part of a mission-driven, transformative brand with a dedicated, high-performance team.
  • Collaborate on innovative marketing projects that have a global impact.
  • Opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our audience through the power of funnel optimization and marketing automation.
