Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As Digital Content Executive, you will work closely with the Digital Content Lead, creating and distributing digital content across social media and the MYRICS community. You’ll play a key role in helping to ensure that content aligns with RICS’ overall strategy and effectively engaging the target audience.


  • Collaborate with in-house and agency experts to create high-quality content across various formats, including, but not limited to articles, videos and social media posts
  • Support the development of a content strategy that aligns with RICS’ objectives and brand identity
  • Manage content distribution across digital platforms to reach the right target audience
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and relevant
  • Implement processes to measure campaign success, using insights to improve audience engagement


About You

  • Demonstrable experience delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels
  • Skilled in tracking campaign performance, evaluating results, and using tools such as Monday.com
  • Effective organisational and time management skills, handling multiple campaigns
  • Proficient in writing and creating content for community, social media and web platforms
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across complex organisations and networks
