This is an Insurance industry role for which you will assist with (inter alia) all change initiatives in relation to system enhancements, all data and system change requirements for the M&A or client portfolio on/offboarding and proactive management of any defect notifications. You will frequently be working on concurrent projects for our different international/cross-border clients. For smaller projects you may be working alone, whilst for others you would be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global footprint.
The right candidate has an analytical and inquiring mind-set, assist with documenting often complex Insurance claims and Adjusting data requirements and rules. Ideally, you view every challenge through different viewpoints and then present options. You will be expected to assist with the challenging of assumptions, look to continually improve and actively contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of our Best-in-Class system; whilst adding value to the supply chain ensuring the success of change/transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end delivery of short and long-term system change projects, including mapping, scoping, testing and final implementation.
- Assist with delivering the entire M&A, client portfolio onboarding and general data-migration lifecycle for all types of data migration projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define bespoke database and IT requirements and help configure systems to ensure successful change project outcomes.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and mapping for successful change Initiatives and/or migrations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and meticulous documentation for data migration processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and report on the progress of data migration activities.
- Record, track and troubleshoot issues and provide issue resolution and alternative solution paths.
- Define/measure success criteria by working with all parties on validation techniques.
Essential
- Understanding of the importance of the data collection and reporting required for Insurance and Adjusting.
- Experience of dealing with end users and technical support teams.
- General knowledge of both system and data mapping and validation processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good organisation change management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Some experience of successful data migration would be preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Rudimentary understanding of either TPA Claims or Adjusting Cases
