Job Summary:

You will drive the success of digital marketing initiatives by managing, executing, and optimising digital campaigns, working across digital channels to achieve targeted and measurable outcomes. You will ensure campaigns maintain brand consistency, meet regulatory requirements, and follow best practices.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop digital campaign strategies that align with company’s objectives.
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including budgets, timelines, and KPIs, propose budget changes to maximise / optimise sell through.
  • Implement and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimise campaign elements, such as targeting, bidding strategies, and split testing, to improve engagement and performance.
  • Report on campaign learnings to the wider marketing team to better inform owned media activities.
  • Testing content & taglines through paid media to then apply learnings through owned media.
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales to measure the impact of marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across channels and explore performance of alternative campaign content.
  • Execute e-commerce channel digital marketing plans for the full financial year with key ecommerce channel customers inc. Amazon, Zatu, John Lewis.
  • Work with third-party agencies or software providers when needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to track key metrics across performance, ROMI and keywords.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with data protection regulations and adhere to company policies.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Strategy Manager and wider marketing team to create digital campaigns align to company objectives.
  • Accountable for achieving specified KPIs and ROI targets for all managed campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance expectations while staying within budget.
  • Collaborate with Data & Insights Executive to improve profiling and evolve targeting techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Exec to implement strong customer journey.
  • Ensure all digital content and campaigns reflect and enhance the company’s brand identity and values.
  • Deliver campaigns on schedule according to the agreed-upon project timelines.


Essential Skills:

  • Degree/Qualification in Marketing or related creative field.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Analytical mindset and critical thinking, comfortable using data to support strategic decision making.
  • Experience of working in agile environments.
  • Experience / desire to work with a fair level of autonomy.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Awareness of modern design processes and an understanding of web and mobile platforms.
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible to travel in UK if required.
  • Organised and methodical in the face of ambiguity, good analytical and questioning mind with a focus on continual improvement and problem solving.
  • Previous experience in a digital campaign marketing position. 

 

Desirable Skills:

  • A natural curiosity for digital marketing and improving current practices; this is a marketing team that encourages curiosity and the execution of new ideas. 
  • Ideally, some Google Analytics experience and around taking insights from website activities and landing page optimisation. 
  • Ability to analyse digital marketing data and relay to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience working with insight in a B2C business where insight drives decisions.
  • Experience in B2C product / FMCG / retail an advantage.
