The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll drive the creation and launch of new and improved products, working closely with our chefs, commercial, category, and operations teams to deliver products that are commercially viable, on brand, and “best in class.”

The NPD Manager will take ownership for FFN/Asda and any exciting new business opportunities we secure in the near future — shaping ranges that delight customers and grow our market presence.

  • Lead the NPD team to deliver innovative, commercially viable products from concept to launch.
  • Manage the critical path to ensure smooth and timely product transitions.
  • Work with chefs, category, and commercial managers to create NPD briefs and strategic plans.
  • Maintain awareness of the total Food to Go market and identify gaps for new product opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular face-to-face engagement.
  • Oversee and develop NPD technologists, ensuring training and development plans are in place.
