How You'll Make An Impact

• You conduct detailed and effective research and analysis of our company data. Using deep knowledge of the figures you will seek sales opportunities.
• Using your captured information you will collate and build an inspiring and persuasive presentation to showcase your ideas and strategy to the business.
• You chip in to the overall target by supporting the implementation and execution of sales and marketing plans.
• You're comfortable when talking about your plans and thought process. Happy working to challenging timescales you plan and monitor your progress; able to communicate this to colleagues when needed.
• Design and populate persuasive new business reports, presentations or other media; to support the business partners and executive team.
• Be on the front foot and enthusiastic in spotting opportunities, by being aware of key insurance industry topics, themes and trends, which would link to our own strategies for new business.
• Liaise with marketing to ensure regular activity is helping maintain sales pipelines, and the output of these campaigns is delivered in a consistent, trackable format using Company systems and records.
• Build strong relationships with business partners across the Group.
• Develop and maintain business risk/insurance/market/legal/regulatory and other technical knowledge.
• Ensure necessary business, compliance, data and legal standards and sign-offs are understood and adhered to.
  
  

About You

• You have broking, underwriting, or sales experience within financial services, a real expert in your field.
• Solid experience of sales, business development and delivering a successful strategy. You demonstrate strong business insight used to build effective sales propositions in your previous roles.
• You have an excellent working knowledge of insurance products and distribution knowledge in the intermediary market.
• Superb communication skills, excellent social skills and happy when building rapport.
• You forward plan with ease, adapting to evolving demands and priorities. You have a problem-solving mind-set and the highest integrity in client focus.
