Overview
Gallagher are looking for new Sales Executives to join our expanding team in the Brierley Hill office.
Do you have a drive to earn commission, help others and providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? Things you need to know:
In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way.
You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.

Gallagher are looking for new Sales Executives to join our expanding team in the Brierley Hill office.

- These are permanent roles
- We are based in Brierley Hill with thousands of free parking spaces for easy access
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Annual salary is between £25,000 - £28,000 based on experience, plus an uncapped bonus scheme
- We have a 6-month ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful

What you’ll get for this role:
- Annual salary up to £28,000, based on experience, plus an uncapped bonus scheme

- Progression opportunities, all managerial staff have come from within the business.
- We support and fund industry qualifications such as the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate
- 1 years’ experience in a sales driven environment is required
- Previous call centre experience is not necessary. We provide full training which covers everything from our product range to our phone system
- We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this means that you put the customer first and take pride in the quality of your work
- Qualifications are not essential, but you will be able to perform basic maths tasks, use IT systems and have a keen eye for detail
- You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers. You will be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
