About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to part of a rapidly growing company and to put your entrepreneurial skills to test. As a Designer in our studio, you will:

• Craft Visual Masterpieces: Develop creative assets across digital, social, print, and packaging to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborative Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, innovation, and brand teams to understand creative briefs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Evolve Brand Identities: Help refine and evolve existing brand guidelines to maintain relevance and resonance in the market.
• Bring Campaigns to Life: Design and execute visual content for integrated campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

About You:

Are you a creative powerhouse ready to help shape the visual identity of beloved FMCG brands? Our in-house Creative Studio is seeking a Designer with a passion for storytelling, branding, packaging, and design to join our dynamic team. You'll be working on some of the most exciting Lotus Bakeries Natural Foods brands, including BEAR, Nakd, Trek, Kiddylicious and Peter's Yard.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator essential; After Effects, InDesign and Dimensions a bonus).
• Experience: 3+ years of design, ideally in FMCG, retail, or agency environments. Packaging design experience is a big plus. Motion skills would be a bonus but not crucial.
• Collaboration & Communication: Be friendly and personable having strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction, respond to feedback, and present ideas confidently.
• Detail-Orientated: You've got a sharp eye for typography, composition and consistency.
