Job Title: Designate Store Manager
Location: Gloucestershire area
Basic Salary: GBP 30,000 : GBP 33,000 DOE
OTE: Between GBP 44,000 : GBP 49,000+ per annum
Shift and Schedule: 5 out of 7 days working pattern. High street hours.

: Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
: Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
: Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
: Processing transactions accurately using the point:of:sale system.
: Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
: Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
: Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
: Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
: Leading by example and motivate your team members.
: Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.
Successful Applicant
: Background in a sales setting.
: Works effectively as part of a team and independently.
: Possesses a can:do attitude with a hunger for achieving targets.
: Experience in guiding a team to deliver sales against targets.
: Proven ability to excel in a fast:paced environment.
: Passionate about technology and eager to stay ahead of the curve.
: Track record of consistently high sales performance.
