This is a highly strategic role that sets out to deliver the transformation strategy and new models of care across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

In this role you will lead on a range of aspects of transformation, improving integration between health and social care partners, pathway redesign, and the delivery and oversight of relevant projects and programmes which align with strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for the design and consistent delivery of a robust operational plan for which clearly defines the architecture to support delivery. Your strategic oversight will ensure that each piece of work undertaken has purpose and value, and provide the appropriate challenge and scrutiny to ensure work moves the ICB closer to achieving the outcomes outlines in strategic plans

The deputy programme of care lead will be aligned to Maternity, children and young people
