As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Nursery Manager and central teams to ensure high-quality childcare, supervise staff, maintain safety standards, and help create a positive, professional environment for both children and colleagues! Essential Criteria:

As a Deputy Manager, you will need to be level 3 qualified or above in correlation to the government guidelines. It is essential that you already have some leadership experience, but this role will be perfect for anybody who is looking for their next step in the Early Years industry!
