What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and empathy
• Managing appointment books for clinical efficiency and commercial targets
• Accurately processing payments and finance agreements
• Promoting private treatments such as cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implants
• Supporting marketing campaigns and treatment uptake
• Handling minor complaints proactively and maintaining GDPR-compliant communications
• Keeping records accurate and systems up to date
• Working closely with clinicians, nurses, and managers to deliver seamless patient journeys
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare or a busy front desk environment
• Confident communicator with a warm , solutions-focused approach
• Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure
• IT literate and comfortable using CRM or dental software systems
• Experience in dental or medical settings is desirable but not essential
