We are looking for an 11kV Delivery Manager to join the team!
Are you ready to take on the responsibility of delivering 11kV High-Voltage projects as part of our Annual Business Plan?
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to work within the Capital, Inspection, and Maintenance group.
Your role will involve overseeing internal Linespersons resource to ensure safety and delivery to required standards.
As the ideal candidate, you will excel in planning, delivering, and reporting on projects to meet the outputs outlined in the ED2 settlement.
Collaboration is key, and we are looking for a team player who can adapt, drive continuous improvement, and enhance performance to optimize efficiency and cost savings across our project portfolio.

Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Management of safety for our Internal Resource in the delivery of large projects.
- Commence the Capital delivery work programmes inline with our business plan and manage budgets.
- Provide reports on progress and finance expenditure of projects under your control.
- Ordering of materials for the programme of works in advance.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and where required, tested regularly to comply with policy and legislation. Keep all staff in the team up to date with any authorisations and any other learnings they may require to remain complaint.
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- A strong engineering or construction background, ideally with overhead lines up to and including 11kv Voltage, experience including safety and CDM regulations and a proven track record in the successful delivery of major projects.
- The ability to accurately forecast and control costs and an understanding of industry legislation.
- Proven experience of successfully leading and developing large multi-disciplined teams.
- A strong delivery focus with the ability to achieve excellent outcomes in demanding timescales.
- We are looking for someone confident and assured who can manage project issues whilst analysing and prioritising key delivery risks.
