We are excited to be delivering a new Money and Pension Service (MaPS) debt casework project across Berkshire. We are therefore recruiting 2.5 FTE MaPS Debt Caseworkers for this project to deliver high quality information, advice and casework to clients with problem debt, with due regard to the aims, policies and procedures of the organisation, working within a client focussed and responsive team.

- supporting clients via face to face, telephone and video
- providing debt advice and casework, including acting on a client’s behalf
- contributing to our research and campaigns work
