We are excited to be delivering a new Money and Pension Service (MaPS) debt casework project across Berkshire. We are therefore recruiting 2.5 FTE MaPS Debt Caseworkers for this project to deliver high quality information, advice and casework to clients with problem debt, with due regard to the aims, policies and procedures of the organisation, working within a client focussed and responsive team.

You’ll Support Clients Living Across Berkshire, Who Access The Service Directly, As Well As Those That Have a Pre-booked Appointment, By

• supporting clients via face to face, telephone and video
• providing debt advice and casework, including acting on a client’s behalf
• contributing to our research and campaigns work
  
  

Location: Minster Street Office in Reading/ Hybrid working / Fully remote working considered

Contract Type: Fixed term contract to March 31 2026 with likely extension

Special Requirements: DBS check
