Salary: £24,000 per annum

The Role
A new, exciting job opportunity has arisen at Somerset County Cricket Club!
We are looking for a passionate and creative Data Marketing and CRM Lead to join our award-winning commercial team.
The role's main purpose is to support revenue growth at Somerset County Cricket Club and the Cooper Associates County Ground through innovative data marketing. You will support marketing activities to grow commercial output, communicate effectively with supporters through e-communications and contribute towards exciting data projects as part of the SCCC digital roadmap.
Amongst other essential criteria, you'll need to have experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms and be skilled in developing audience segmentation, creative and messaging strategies, and delivering creative ideas and innovative campaigns. You’ll also have working knowledge of managing databases and Office suites, as well as Adobe Photoshop/InDesign for newsletter creation.
To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated and proactive team player who embodies our brand and values and enjoys working collaboratively. You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to deliver creative ideas, campaigns and presentations with confidence and conviction. You’ll pay excellent attention to detail and be highly organised and driven to achieve results and exceed targets.
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
