About The Role
Due to service growth, we are currently recruiting for a Data Assistant. In this role you will ensure the accurate collection, management, and organisation of data to support business operations and decision making. By maintaining data integrity, assisting with analysis, and generating reports, the role helps improve efficiency, streamline processes, and provide valuable insights for the team and the business.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Gathering data from various sources across Psicon, such as Salesforce, IAPTUS and EMIS.
- Inputting data into systems or databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Identifying and correcting errors in datasets, such as duplicate entries or incomplete information.
- Structuring and categorising data in a way that is easy to understand and access.
- Assisting the Junior Business analyst by preparing and formatting data for analysis or conducting simple analysis themselves.
- Creating reports and visualizations to help communicate data insights to team members or management.
- Ensuring that data is stored securely and can be retrieved easily when needed.
- Identifying data related process improvements and best practices.
- Carrying out audits.
Person Specification
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of data visualisation software such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
- A STEM, business, or social science degree with statistical grounding, or equivalent experience in data-related fields is desirable.
