We are seeking 2 Data Analyst Assistants, with a demonstrable track record of working within a supported housing team or within a housing or customer focused environment to support our two award-winning companies to make a real difference to people’s lives, homes and communities. As our Data Analyst Assistant you will be an integral part of the Data Team, to deliver what matters to our residents.

To help us deliver an excellent service you must have a proven track record in the following:

  • Ability to interpret, analyse and present qualitative and quantitative data sets
  • Attention to detail
  • An understanding of how to visualise and interpret data to be easily interpreted by a variety of audiences
  • Collecting, recording and monitoring data and preparing reports
  • Managing own time and meet deadlines
  • Using initiative and creative thinking with a ‘can do’ approach
  • Excel, creating complex formulas and dynamics charts and tables
  • Great team working skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for collecting, interpreting, analysing and disseminating data to help inform how we deliver our services including the preparation of management information and compiling routine data requests and queries from across the organisation
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis on large internal and external data sources
  • Prepare and provide a range of reports and dynamic dashboards
  • Convey complex information in a structured and easy to understand format
  • Undertake data quality and validation checks
