This is a key position within the analytics team, offering a unique opportunity to support customer and digital initiatives through data-driven insights. You will play a vital role in boosting the organisation’s analytics maturity, with a focus on increasing the adoption of modern tools such as Python and Power BI. About The Role
This is a key position within the analytics team, offering a unique opportunity to support customer and digital initiatives through data-driven insights. You will play a vital role in boosting the organisation’s analytics maturity, with a focus on increasing the adoption of modern tools such as Python and Power BI. Collaborating with CRM teams and third-party vendors, your work will directly influence customer profiling, campaign optimisation, and marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data from various sources (digital platforms, CRM, and third parties) to improve campaign performance, budgeting, and ROI
- Monitor and interpret key customer KPIs to support acquisition and retention efforts
- Design and conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to uncover actionable insights
- Present findings in a clear, concise manner tailored to business stakeholders
- Build and manage dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Manage relationships with external lead generation partners to ensure data accuracy and marketing efficiency
- Collaborate across departments to align analytics initiatives with business goals
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the financial services sector (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages (essential)
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical audiences (essential)
- Highly detail-oriented and process-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement (essential)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment (essential)
- Knowledge of statistical methods (desirable)
- Experience with Salesforce and other data visualisation tools (desirable)
- Flexible hybrid working (only 1–2 days per month onsite)
