About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Applications Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing support to users, answering the initial phone calls, triage of incoming incidents across the Digital Practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively gathering and conveying technical information to non-technical users and maintaining a professional, patient demeanour. A strong sense of initiative is essential, as you will be expected to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so adaptability and attention to detail are key to delivering exceptional service

What will you bring?

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and resolve issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent organisational abilities, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and timely responses to requests.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or familiarity with D365 (BC/CE) products is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
