Join our CYPMH (CAMHS) team as a Triage Practitioner in Greater Preston, transforming children and young people's mental health. We're seeking a Triage and Assessment Practitioner to pioneer a role in our new CYPMH access hub. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality assessments, clinical interventions, and leading clinical governance and quality improvement.

With your help, we're deliver a new integrated Thrive model, which will revolutionise the CYPMH service and transform young lives.

Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and accessible assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and provide brief clinical interventions.
  • Contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensuring responsive and personalised care.
  • Provide and receive clinical supervision, enhancing service quality.
  • Engage in partnership building, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
  • Work alongside our expert Team Leaders, Service Integration Managers, and Senior Clinical Leads.
