We have an opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Newbury.

This is a full time fixed term role until August 2026 with a mix of home and office working.

The starting salary is £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor in our Customer Management Centre you'll be providing administrative responses to our customers queries. Taking responsibility for resolving them in a timely and efficient way, collaborating with colleagues across the business.

This is a varied and busy role where you will be delivering the best possible outcome for our customers.

  • We need you to have good computer skills as we use multiple systems
