As Customer Success Manager, you’ll lead dynamic teams, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in delivering strategic growth through outstanding service, smarter processes, and transformation.
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until 1/7/26.

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Leader in a fast paced company;
- Managing complex customer requirements;
- Experience of managing 3rd party relationships;
- Skilled in managing teams across a range of KPIs/metrics;
- Delivery of projects and internal change experience;
- Proven growth mindset.
