We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services team and play a key role in delivering seamless admin support, accurate order processing, and exceptional service for our Life Sciences clients.

We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services team and play a key role in delivering seamless admin support, accurate order processing, and exceptional service for our Life Sciences clients.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Accurately processing manual orders and generate invoices/credits
- Managing customer queries using DHL and client systems
- Producing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and customer use
- Performing general administrative tasks and support team operations
- Maintaining accurate records to support Customer Service KPIs
- Customer service experience (essential)
- Experience in logistics (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Administration Skills
