Shift patterns: Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 Friday 8.30 - 16.30

We're now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services team and play a key role in delivering seamless admin support, accurate order processing, and exceptional service for our Life Sciences clients.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Accurately processing manual orders and generate invoices/credits
• Managing customer queries using DHL and client systems
• Producing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and customer use
• Performing general administrative tasks and support team operations
• Maintaining accurate records to support Customer Service KPIs
