Are customers at the heart of everything you do? Looking for a role that offers development opportunities? If so, we have a great opportunity to join our western sewerage team as a Customer Service Technician!

What you'll do

This role involves monitoring the health and safety of yourself and others, while also communicating incidents, abnormalities, operational needs and changes to operators, managers, the control room and the business.

You will resolve customer incidents in a proactive and confident manner, while also participating in full duty ops or other stand-by rotas. You will also implement strategies to maintain our excellent customer service standards and find solutions to complex issues in the field, often when you are under pressure.

What you'll need

The successful candidate will be an effective team player and communicator, as well as being conscientious with a good understanding of customer expectations and requirements.

You will have an excellent understanding of Wessex Water policies and procedures and will have a QCF level 2 in sewerage maintenance. You will also have a confined space working certificate.
