Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure a ‘customer first culture’ within your team of professional Customer service Advisors.
- Improve the efficiency of servicing, repairs and maintenance handling queries.
- Oversee accurate invoicing for works carried out, keeping WIP to a minimum.
- Monitor and enhance performance and processes, including quality job card write ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication, working upfront to keep our customers up to date.
- Customer focussed – passionate about delivering an exceptional service.
- Leadership – the ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver a premium service, every time.
- Process focussed – obsessed with embedding and continuously improving processes.
- Attention to detail – working with accuracy and attention to detail in all you and your team deliver.
