- Provide assistance to customers on topics of plant-care, order processing, pre-sales, and more
- Surface customer feedback to continuously improve our product and service
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer facing role
- Native English-speaking level or equivalent proficiency - Must
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to learn concepts quickly
- Passion for joining a dynamic start-up and work in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience with CRMs & software tools (Intercom, Shopify, Slack) - Advantage
- Ability to work 1pm-10pm GMT in the first 3-6 months of the role
