Position Summary:

Fantastic opportunity to join PRA Group - one of the UK’s largest buyers and collectors of unpaid loans and other forms of credit.


In this role, you will be speaking with our customers on in and outbound calls, understanding their circumstances and aiming to help them get debt free with us.


£25,000pa salary and opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month*


Hybrid working 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)

37.5 hours per week (Mon -Thu shifts across 8am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Sats 8am - 2pm with a day off during the week)

28 days holidays (increasing to 29, 30, then 31 after 5 years)

Pension (5% minimum employee and 4% employer contributions)
