What does the role involve?
You'll be joining our Vehicle Ordering Team who are responsible for ensuring that quotes for new vehicles are valid, up to date and have the necessary approval required to order. You'll be working on orders from drivers of company car vehicles and LCV's where no one day is the same as you'll have the variety of different companies, manufacturers and models in your daily workload. This is a role which will have a small element of telephone work involved but is mainly email correspondence with customers.

To be considered for this role you'll be someone who enjoys multi tasking and able to work quickly, yet accurately, to get orders processed in a timely manner. You'll be a real people person, interacting well with both customers and colleagues alike.

- Processing new vehicle orders for company car and LCV users
- Managing a portfolio of new orders, keeping on top of the status and outstanding actions on each
- Liaising with customers and internal Novuna teams to resolve queries and obtain information as required

- A good level of computer literacy
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- An outgoing personality with a laser focus to get the task done
