What does the role involve?
In this 9 month fixed term contract you'll work as a member of our Customer Service Team where you'll be the first point of contact for our vehicle leasing customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email to help resolve their queries. To ensure you're set up to be successful you'll receive industry-leading training to allow you to get to grips with our systems, processes and customer first ethos. Once you have completed your initial training onsite, you'll have the option to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
You're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of providing excellent customer service. You'll have strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent eye for detail and you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved.

- Handling inbound calls from our customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Supporting customers with their vehicle quote or order queries
- Liaising with specialist teams within Novuna, where needed, in order to help resolve the customers query
