Are you ready to be the face of The Blackpool Tower, welcoming guests to one of the UK’s most iconic attractions? We’re looking for Customer Service Assistants to create unforgettable experiences from the moment visitors arrive. Whether you’re greeting guests at the entrance, helping them find the perfect souvenir, or ensuring smooth ticket sales, your role is all about making every visit special.

What You'll Be Doing

This fast-paced, guest-focused role will see you:

• Welcoming visitors as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Selling and checking tickets at Admissions, answering questions, and making sure every guest has the best possible start to their visit.
• Helping guests navigate The Blackpool Tower, from directing them to attractions like the Tower Eye and Circus to offering advice on ticket options.
• Supporting our retail outlets, helping guests take home a piece of their visit with a range of souvenirs and merchandise.
• Managing queue lines and assisting with crowd flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
• Providing information about our attractions, from the breathtaking views at the Tower Eye to the world-famous Tower Ballroom.

These are seasonal, temporary, fixed term positions. Times of shifts will vary and will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and bank and school holidays. Contracts will start from March and run through to November.
