You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders. If you're a lateral thinker who loves solving problems and making things run smoothly, you'll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of order processing or customer support experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP R/3 or a similar ERP system.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborative spirit with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience with export documentation (desirable).
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as SAP CRM or Salesforce (desirable).
  • Experience with software licensing, ticketing systems, or service desk processes (desirable).
  • A second European language (desirable).
  • Experience working with complex or high-end products (desirable).
