What does the role entail?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:


  • Manage the relevant contracts including any email and telephone requests in a timely manner within client and internal KPIs and take ownership for requests and queries
  • To ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels achieved
  • To provide excellent customer care, a high level of accuracy, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales
  • Take ownership of requests and queries ensuring they are managed to a successful solution
  • Help to maintain the Internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned
  • Provide accurate Reporting on time in line with KPI requirements
  • Proactively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting in line with requirements
  • Monthly invoicing and back up and sense check the data before sending


What do we need from you?

  • Previous and proven track record in a Customer Service and Administrative environment is essential
  • Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
  • Strong Administration skills and able to prioritise tasks
  • Data analytics experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Automotive Industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
