Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Saturday-only shift (5 hours).

Key Responsibilities
- Providing first class service to customers via our web platforms
- Handling daily enquiries/complaints from customers and branches over the phone, chat and email
- Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
- Improving website conversion through effective parts identification first time
- Taking orders from customers over the phone when needed
- Ensuring all customer contacts are logged in the system
- Making the customer top priority at all times.
- Customer service experience
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
