As a Customer Service Advisor at 4Com, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems. You will support the technical teams where required and rectify any 1st line faults in a professional and timely manner, providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

As a Customer Service Advisor at 4Com, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems. You will support the technical teams where required and rectify any 1st line faults in a professional and timely manner, providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

- Provide 1st line technical telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
- Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass to the upgrades team.
- Report 3rd party faults and pass to the relevant department where necessary.
- Support the technical team in additional areas where required.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including logging calls and ensuring the database is consistently updated and accurate.
- An excellent and confident telephone manner.
- Previous experience in an inbound call centre or a customer facing role.
- Prior exposure to telecoms/IT (preferred but not essential).
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and shows enthusiasm to all duties.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
