About The Role
AusPac's Tamworth office is looking for a new full-time member to join the Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the position of Customer Service Administration Assistant is an exciting opportunity requiring a highly organised and meticulous candidate.
The key responsibilities of the role include:

- processing customer orders
- arranging transport of outward orders
- stock monitoring
- providing excellent customer service
Our ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, high level skills in customer service, and be able to work as part of an efficient and effective team. They will maintain a high level of professional communication with all stakeholders and manage their workload effectively in the face of competing priorities.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work both in teams and autonomously
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as MYOB Advanced
- Ability to complete repetitive data entry work with a high level of accuracy
