Job Summary and key responsibilities 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as first point of contact for landlords considering ending their managed or part managed service with the group
  • Investigate and resolve issues raised by landlords working closely with local branches, property management teams and other departments.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Track and manage case progress within HubSpot and record outcomes effectively to pass data back to the group for continuous improvement

What are we looking for: 

  • Solid background in lettings, ideally in a branch role or property management.
  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations.
  • Well-organised, with strong case management and time management abilities.
  • Strong CRM skills working with multiple CRM's
