About The Role

As our founding Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be leading the process of welcoming new companies to the Cerve network, working with their Commercial and Technical teams to set-up and oversee the digital integration of their systems to Cerve.

You’ll be crafting onboarding plans and rolling out integration roadmaps for a wide range of companies, including some of the biggest names in manufacturing, production, and wholesale. You’ll get to work closely with awesome teams across engineering, data, commercial, and product, building great relationships and making sure everything runs smoothly as our customers connect to the Cerve platform.

What You’ll Do

As Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be overseeing multiple and varying onboarding programmes from our wide base of partners, guiding and managing our clients through the integration process and ensuring all projects are on track:

  • Working with client Commercial and Technical teams to set-up an integration layer between the client internal systems and Cerve.
  • Create, implement and manage the onboarding programme, delivering regular reports and updates.
  • Set-up and lead engaging and compelling client meetings with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Set up internal Hubs to allow clients to manage and review their data including Hub set-up, username and passwords etc, working with internal Development, QA, Data Management, Content and Customer Success teams
  • Manage and resolve any client questions or queries to maintain the momentum of each client programme
  • Oversee testing of data integrations during set-up
  • Day to day contact for client queries during and beyond set-up relating to the data integration
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to identify opportunities for revenue generating opportunities

You have

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management within a software/SaaS environment, managing programs across commercial, operational and IT stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Development, Product, and Content to create aligned and actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills, including task planning, execution and deliverable tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM tool, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and Project Management software, such as Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello or similar.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • [+] Experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Sage, MS Dynamics or equivalent.
