As a Customer Data Administrator based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer accounts on the system ensuring all contact details are updated and correct
  • Managing enquires from customers and branches across the business, including enquires around closing accounts
  • Setting up new accounts, managing credit limits and conducting credit checks
  • Liaising with credit referencing agencies to complete credit checks

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm.

  • Strong attention to detail. You will be manually inputting customer information into the system and it is crucial this is accurate
  • Admin experience is desirable
  • To be confident working in a busy environment and managing multiple tasks
  • To be a team player and help out where needed
